People are being told constantly, especially by their physicians, to “live healthy” but it is not often explained what it really means or what it entails. So we created the QUARTERLY Healthy Living Book Club. Participants will have three months to read one book and then we will discuss it as a group. We read 4 books per year. Books on hold at the Main library. Please mention Magda’s book club when checking out. (30 min)
The Healthy Living Book Club will provide people a connection to a health minded community, resources for healthy living skills, support and tools to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
