Mood, weight, cravings, and weight gain are all affected by blood sugar.  The typical American diet can put people on the blood sugar rollercoaster, leaving them dealing with low moods, anxiety, gut problems, fatigue, and more.  We had a program on May 10th to learn the basics of blood sugar and how your foods impact it.  The speaker gave tips to support healthy blood sugar levels, which in turn can promote better sleep, energy, and overall health.
