Ingredients

Cut fresh young mint stalks and cut them in larger chunks

Squeeze lemon, sugar and orange or rose water

I use coffee press to pour boiling water over cut peppermint leaves, add sugar and orange or rose water. Later lemon when the tea cools.

Could be server warm or on ice.
