Ingredients

Cut fresh, young mint stalks and then cut them in larger chunks.

Squeeze lemon, sugar, and orange or rose water.

I use a coffee press to pour boiling water over cut peppermint leaves, then add sugar and orange or rose water. Later I add lemon when the tea cools.

Could be server warm or on ice.
