Peppermint Tea

  • Cut fresh, young mint stalks and then cut them in larger chunks.
  • Squeeze lemon, sugar, and orange or rose water.
  • I use a coffee press to pour boiling water over cut peppermint leaves, then add sugar and orange or rose water. Later I add lemon when the tea cools.
  • Could be server warm or on ice.
  • Tasty summer refreshment from your garden.
